The location is excellent and most of the staff are super-nice. The place has a good, chilled African vibe. Good breakfast included in the price. If you look for luxuries, look elsewhere, if you want African authenticity - this is the place to be .
Communication could be a bit better, sometimes it took a long time to get the answers, sometimes they didnt come at all.

Das Lusaka Backpackers ist ein guter Ort, um andere traveller und auch einheimische zu treffen. Die Bar Ist ein schöner gemütlicher Ort zum Treffen.
Die Küche ist unglaublich schmutzig und auch wenn es sich self-catering nennt, geht man besser woanders essen. Auch die Zimmer sind nicht wirklich sauber.
Die Rezeption ist oft nicht besetzt und auch nicht sehr hilfreich, wenn es um die Organisation von Touren geht.
Im Badezimmer war der duschkopf komplett verstopft und der Wasserdruck zu gering

Violet at the front desk is really bright and helpful. Martha, Moses and the back of the house staff were fun and polite and wanted to make my stay as comfortable as possible.
Bar prices. Loud locals tend to dominate the vibe.
