The room was cozy and clean. It had everything we needed: soap, towels, and a tea and coffee station. We were surprised to find that there was room service, which brought us fresh towels, emptied the trash, and made the bed.
In some places, the room was a bit worn. The nightstands were crooked, and the bathroom fixtures were a little wobbly.

The convenience of the place as it is close to Garibaldi. Instructions were clear for check-in and check out.
The noise from the neighbour upstairs was really a deal breaker. Noise from the streets with weird people hanging out at night, but this has nothing to do with the host, it's just the location. The bathroom was clean but it was impossible to take a shower normally, the drain gets clogged up pretty fast. No bedroom slippers provided.
