The flat was beautiful, well equipped with an excellent host who did everything possible to ensure we had a great time. He was very respectful and kind too.
There was a neighbour who was very intolerant and made life difficult for my wife and children. He complained about everything, the kids weren’t free to talk or play. The host stepped come in when we reported and we had a peaceful stay from that time onward. Also, we had a hard time getting the location of the apartment, google map didn’t help much either. Again, our able host did well in sending someone to come pick us up and lead us to the apartment. That was good customer service.

Very responsive host. There is elevator.
Although there is elevator but need to climb around ten steps to reach the elevator. It will be nice if there are proper blankets.

Very spacious apartment, everything was clean, kind owner, which help us with everything. Location in the center, 5 minutes to main square, 2 minutes grocery shop 24/7
I can only recommend that apartment. Thank you!

Nice apartment, very well located but difficult to find, streets has no numbers in Tirana. Comfortable, spacious. But no bedside lamps in the rooms, no kitchen towel, not enough glasses and mugs. These ar details, but importants.
Nevertheless, we had a very good stay.
