The room was terrible, but the resort was good.

Did not have breakfast. The location was great.

I was disappointed with the room. After driving 10 hours I arrived to a dirty room. I contacted the host to report the room’s condition I also sent pictures of the dirty couch, bedspread and curtains. His reply was that he understands that I didn’t like the look of the items but he can’t replace furniture. He offered to replace the bedspread which I said no thank you. I replaced it with a blanket from a drawer. The couch had big stains and dirty spaces that should have been cleaned. I ask for a different unit and he said he didn’t have one. We made the best of the situation by putting another blanket over the couch. It just felt dirty and not clean. There was a white substance on the outside of the spread and dirty spots on the inside of same spread. Just disgusting. I have stayed with Shores before and loved it. Not this visit.

Property amenities was amazing. Pool was great and beach access was great. Honestly a good view from the room.

The view was beautiful. The beach area and pool was great. Our host had beach chairs and umbrella for us to use.

The parking garage is a little tight and scared to drive but you get used to it after a day or two.
