The location is perfect,near to shops and beach.Tesco is very near too.In the house there was very nice garden and very good new cabinet.Nice surprise was to find there all goods for our stay-oil,spices,instant coffee, tea, soap and detergent.In bathroom shampoo and shower gel too. There was also a welcome card and a brochure with the events I'm Brighton.
The neighbours are lovely too.
The hygiene was not perfect.
When you enter the flat it smells heavily of mold. If you don't open the windows everyday the smell is quite heavy.
In the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom there was no smell. Only in the living room.
The oven was awful: in a poor condition, wasn't clean and there were lots of unwashed baking trays inside it.
In the kitchen cabinets there were also pots and kitchen utensils who were still with oil in them from someone who previously cooked and put them there.
The carpets were also not very clean.
There were little spiders and dust inside the kitchen cupboard where utensils were held. There were also dead flies in there, too.
In general the kitchen is useful if it's clean, otherwise we spent a lot of time cleaning.
The air absorber (kitchen hood) wasn't working well and when you cook it smells everywhere.
There is a barbecue but it's rusty, so we couldn't cook outside.
The communication with the owners was very poor. We arrived and it was starting to rain and we couldn't find immediately the right lock box for the key. Our internet roaming was still not avialable so we coyld only keep calling but there was no response. Thank goodness for the neighbours who helped us locate the box, as the owners weren't picking the phone at all and never called us back.
The bedroom: The bed is not king-size like it was stated! I was sleeping with my 9 year old next to me and we could barely fit.
If the negative things are fixed, it would be a great place to stay at.

easy to access as ground floor flat, lovely area, nice conservative and garden area, clean and tidy with all the usual facilities.
Nothing I can think of. Everything we needed was supplied.

The location
Very unappealing stain on the carpet in the hallway. Strong smell of urine by key safe. No plug for sink so unable to shave. Would have been nice to have had some milk in fridge or cold bottled water to welcome us after long journey. Bed was way too small and low for a couple
