Ideal place to stay when in the area for leisure or work. Apartment has everything you need and is well furnished with a nice reasonably sized bedroom and kitchen / living area.
Location not easy to find but hosts eventually confirmed further details - apartment is accessed through medical centre car park.
There was the odd area cleaners had missed. Windows in the kitchen were difficult to close at night.

Nice modern apartment, everything was very clean. It was hot few days when we stayed there but a standing fan is provided. No issues with checking in and using the lock box. There is free car park just round the corner from the apartment, you can also park for free directly outside the apartment for 30 mins to off load etc.
Needs a mirror in the bathroom and ideally a proper mirror above the chest of drawers in the bedroom.

The location was reasonably good, with plenty of shops, restaurants and other amenities nearby. Free parking is available a short walk from the property which, while not ideal, was manageable. There is also the option to park directly outside the apartment for an additional fee.
The apartment also had a clean washer/dryer, which was a useful addition.
Overall, I think it would suit someone looking for a basic, budget-friendly place to stay for a night or two, particularly if location and price are the main priorities. For a longer stay, though, I think the level of comfort and facilities would become more noticeable.
It felt as though the apartment had been fitted out with maximising profit in mind rather than guest comfort. Although it looks modern and contemporary at first glance, the quality of the finish and furnishings becomes much more apparent up close.
Many of the items provided seemed to be the cheapest possible option. The cushions had almost no padding, the sofa was very small and extremely uncomfortable, and the towels were incredibly thin and barely larger than hand towels. The bed was acceptable, but certainly nothing special.
The kitchen was also poorly equipped. There were no tea towels for drying your hands, and when I tried to cook dinner I realised there wasn’t even an oven mitt. There were also no cleaning products or disinfectant spray provided, other than a small sponge and some washing-up liquid.
The shower was disappointing as well, with such low water pressure that it was difficult to wash properly. Another surprising omission was a proper mirror — the only mirror in the apartment was a small shaving mirror.
I was also unhappy with the booking process. A separate rental agreement containing additional legal terms was only sent after I had already made a non-refundable payment. These included clauses relating to liability for injury and provisions requiring the guest to cover certain costs associated with enforcing the agreement. Regardless of whether such terms are standard or ultimately enforceable, I think anything guests are expected to legally agree to should be made available before they commit to a non-refundable booking, not afterwards.
Overall, the apartment photographs well and has a nice contemporary appearance, but the lack of attention to comfort, practicality and basic amenities made the stay feel much cheaper than the presentation suggests.
