設備面で細かい気遣いがありました。
部屋の灯りのスイッチが分からなかった。洗面所にコップがなかった。温泉の湯加減がよく分からなかった。

管理主の方の問い合わせなどの対応が迅速で当日含めとても助かりました。部屋がとても広く清潔感もあり、気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。蚊取り線香などの虫対策のグッズも準備されており、安心して過ごすことが出来ました。
タイミングが悪く、宿泊前の大雨の影響で温泉が使えなくなってしまったのだけが心残りでした。しかし、天候によるものなので、個人的に残念ではありましたが、宿への直接的な評価には関係ないものだと存じます。

旅館の様なお風呂。
ダブルブッキングの対応が、普通ではなく、とても残念な対応。良かった思い出が、濁ってしまっています。改善、一般的な対応をお願いします。
