食事が美味しく、部屋も清潔で良かったです。
朝食のビュッフェ、順番待ちしてたのですが
来た順番で入れるように 部屋番を順番に
記入するなどした方が良いかと思います。

食事がとてもよかったです。特にフリードリンクがよかったです。
マッサージチェアが無料だったのもとてもよかったです。
喫煙場所がもう少しあってもよかったです。
毎回かなり遠くに行かないといけないのが不便でした

アンビエント以来の訪問です。脱衣所など綺麗になっていましたね。スタッフの方は皆さん、とても親切でした。
食事があまりに混みすぎる。保温がいまひとつ。

送迎の運転手の方には親切にして頂きました。
バスルームが臭かったので、電話すると見にきてくれました。排水管の蓋がずれていたようで臭いが上がってきていたよう。消臭スプレーを借りました。排水も少し詰まりでバスタブ排水すると床に漏れ出るのは少し問題かなと思います。
