Everything! The staff were so welcoming and the room was perfectly designed. We loved the onsen on the small balcony with a Mountain View. The free drinks and snacks were a wonderful bonus and the beautiful kimonos to change into were a delight. The meal was out of this world - so delicious and a beautiful narrative to guide you through the experience. And also the library - with secret nooks to sit and relax. We didn’t want to leave!

In room onsen
The food is too complicated from dinner to breakfast. And the location for check in & parking are a bit in convenience.
