The staff were lovely, the facilities were excellent and the rooms were perfect! Great value for money and somewhere that felt very tranquil. The buffet breakfast was delicious!! A free shuttle bus to and from the JT station was a great convenience. The Ramen restaurant was high quality! And we booked a private onsen which was so worth the extra luxury!
It was a bit out of the town.

Dinner was good We enjoyed dinner and appreciated the good service. The food was decent, although it did not quite have the “wow” factor.
communication was difficult as the staff spoke very little English. There also seemed to be too few staff, making the service feel busy and disorganised, especially at breakfast.

The property is absolutely beautiful and expertly maintained. Everything was clean, well-organized, and easily understood by a non-Japanese speaker.
Everything about it was great. Maybe one thing is it’s nice if more windows would open to let fresh air in.

The bathing facilities are amazing. The breakfast buffet great
It was not clean. The cushions in room dirty. The building we stayed in smelled foul. The smell permeated our room. The carpets in hallways dirty. Needs updating
