The location was within a good distance from the train station. The room was a good size. There was quite a substantial amount of free drinks & snacks in the room which was a beautiful touch. The bed was comfortable & bathroom was a good size. We were grateful to see a microwave, bowls and cutlery on the stair landings to allow for some microwave meals during your stay! When we first arrived, there was a lovely lady tidying up inside and she was unbelievably lovely, it was a great start.
No elevator was tough but you get that in some older buildings!

very easy contactless check-in/ -out, real-time communication through the booking-chat (much appreciated!), friendly helpful staff, great room interior with cozy bed and little office corner, free coffee & mini bar with the essentials, very(!) clean room and premises - it was my second time and I'm definitely coming back!

Facilities were good and had a nice stocked mini bar.
The location was a bit seedy. The toilet seat was not secured properly and the bathroom was very small.
