The staff were welcoming and very supportive - breakfast was delicious every morning
Location- as a solo traveler I do not recommend or go out when it is dark

The hotel is a ten minute walk from the centre of Zurich. There's an outdoor courtyard to relax and take refreshment etc. The staff are helpful and friendly.
I would have liked coffee making facility en suite.

We arrived late, but the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was spacious, comfortable and clean.
The location was quite good.
Breakfast was nice and there was a good choice.
It was unusual that there were no tea or coffee-making facilities in the room.
It was disappointing that there was no coffee machine at breakfast.
I felt the price was a little high considering the facilities provided.

Room was clean and bathroom was more than adequate. The desk chair had seen better days. However, the room suited my purpose because I was at the hotel only for sleeping. Also, staff was accommodating. Air conditioning is not usually available and I was brought a fan to help with the unusual temperature high.
I had to remove the duvet filler. Considering the temperatures It could have been done in advance for me.
