Close to train station and restaurants.
Wish it had little more lighting.
It needed some sort of chair or wooden box like to place carry-on suites for 2 people.
A little more cooling capability would have been nicer.

We booked the large room for two adults and our 4-year-old, and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it felt compared to the pictures. It’s a really cool hotel with lots of fun and unique touches that made the stay memorable.
The location was also very convenient. It’s an easy, flat walk to the HB train station, which was especially helpful with our large luggage. We stayed during the summer, so having air-conditioning was essential for us. It wasn’t a conventional air conditioner where you can adjust the temperature yourself, but more like a ventilation system, which seems to be quite common in Switzerland. That said, it kept the room comfortably cool, so we had no complaints.
We were initially a little hesitant about staying around Langstrasse after reading that the area is part of Zurich’s red-light district, especially with our young child. However, the hotel is right on the edge of the area, and we felt completely fine throughout our stay. We never felt unsafe at any point. Just don't cross the street, haha.
Our main issue was with the shower, which had a drainage problem. The water took a very long time to drain, so we ended up standing in ankle-deep water while showering, which wasn’t particularly pleasant. The shower is also only separated from the room by a curtain. This wasn't an issue for us, but point to note for anyone who needs privacy.

- There was no AC in the rooms, while it’s listed as a facility on booking. This is cheating and made my night not comfortable
