Concept
Too many flies and moskitos
The air condition was noisy that’s why I had to sleep with the door open and many insects enter my room
Also in the morning the waiters from the breakfast terrace under my room at 6:30 starts terrible noise with some metalic trolley .

We finish our stay in Zurich in this hotel and it was the best choice possible to relax. Amazing room, very spacious with an incredible view. All the facilities were comfortable and very well decorated. The gym is really big and complete. The restaurants are very good, even though a bit overpriced, specially for drinking. The breakfast is outstanding with many options and very good food, very different from other hotels in Zurich.
In the restaurant I ordered for a dish that they didn’t have it anymore. They took some time to let me know and when I ordered for another thing it came wrong. Very sad for an expensive and well rated restaurant. Also, children are not allowed in the swimming pool and my husband and I couldn’t enjoy the pool because of our 6 month son. The swimming pool allowed for children is very far and outside of the property. The hotel’s location is not good, very far from everything. If the idea is to enjoy the hotel and relaxing it is a good choice, otherwise you will take a lot of time and logistics to explore Zurich.

Nice hotel and surroundings
Much too expensive for what it is. Children can’t use the pool, very little for kids to do. Kids room only really suitable for toddlers. Restaurant staff struggled with the basics like bringing a tea spoon with tea or milk with coffee
