⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My stay at Neues Schloss Privat Hotel Zurich exceeded all my expectations.
From the moment I arrived, the entire team made me feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had a perfect stay. As they had availability, they were kind enough to offer me a complimentary early check-in and late check-out, which was incredibly helpful for my business trip and truly appreciated.
The hotel itself is exceptional. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and very comfortable, the lobby is large and inviting, and there are several beautiful common areas where you can relax or work. Everything is modern, spotless, and maintained to the highest standards.
One thing I especially want to mention is the air conditioning. During my stay, Zurich reached 39°C, yet the room remained perfectly cool and comfortable. Unlike many hotels in the city, the cooling system here works flawlessly, making a huge difference during the summer.
A very special thank you to Mr. Castellan for his outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care. He and the entire team treated me with great respect and made me feel like a truly valued guest.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zurich, whether for business or leisure. Without a doubt, I will stay here again on my next visit.

The room was wide and clean. There were more than one sitting places in the room. It has proper air-conditioning. The tab water is drinkable. The personnel was very polite and helpful.
Breakfast could have more choices and quantity. Moreover, the room service menu could be more like the latenight menu of the hotel. The latenight menu with another 2-3 choices could be the constant room service menu. Afternoon and evening menus didn't seem very tasty...
