Breakfast was below standard.
Staff didn't care. Had to ask for various foods to be included each morning. General poor service over breakfasts for 3 night stay

Central and walkable to River, restaurants, and shops. Pleasant staff. Easy check in and check out. Breakfast was sufficient. Safe with locked access to building entrance.
Felt more like a 3 star property than a 4. Cracks in the walls, cold rooms, thin walls, lack of privacy from our window, and lack of colorful decor.
