Amazing place to stay. I am very happy with their service. Bubble tent is nice and is the same as the booking.com’ picture. Staffs are super friendly and supportive. They rearranged the jeep tour schedule for us because my friend was sick. Even though it was said that the A/C would be turned off during the day, they turned on the A/C when she decided to end the tour earlier. In addition, we had to check to check out earlier but they arranged a very good breakfast for us 1.5 hour before the breakfast opening time as per our request. The lunch offered in the jeep tour was so delicious and too much for 4 of us. The guide of the jeep tour was so amazing. I love his sense of humor and his knowledge of Wadi Rum. I lost my items 2 times during the tour but this lovely guy helped me to find it.
An unpleasant odor in the bubble tent when we opened the door after going out. Believe all bubble tents have the same issue. After turning on the A/C 15’, this smell will disappear

The luxurious Olivia Rum bubbles were absolutely excellent, and the view was breathtaking. There's an open buffet restaurant; dinner was delicious. We thank Chef Ahmed for his creativity. We also opted for a four-hour jeep tour and saw some beautiful landmarks. We chose a stargazing tour and took beautiful photos with the stars and the bonfire. We shared stories with our guide, Nasser, who was in constant contact with us and organized our trip perfectly, offering helpful suggestions. We highly recommend him.
