Amazing camp and a truly relaxing experience. The weather and atmosphere were perfect, and I really enjoyed drinking tea prepared over the fire. The sleeping pillows were very comfortable and thoughtfully chosen.
The car tour was fun, and riding in the back of the vehicle was a great experience. The sunset was absolutely beautiful.
Special thanks to Ahmed Hussein for his excellent service and professionalism. I highly recommend dealing with him and taking a tour with him.

Le cadre exceptionnel. La vue du bungalow. Le calme absolu. Le confort du bungalow (c’est côté 5* mais il faut malgré tout relativiser..).
La procédure d’accueil est peu claire. Pas d’informations sur l’achat billet de la réserve, procédure transfert… Il suffirait pourtant d’envoyer systématiquement les procédures à suivre avec plan et photos.
La négociation du prix des excursions est pénible. Il est facile de comprendre que le prix demandé pour le logement et les prestations offertes (nourriture, transferts,…) ne doit pas couvrir les frais importants de l’hôtelier (eau chaude, chauffage en plein désert…). Et donc les prix demandés pour les excursions sur place sont exagérés. Et vous êtes coincés… D’où une négociation très désagréable.
Des détails dans le comportement du gérant : comme par hasard, pas de monnaie pour faire le change. Ou facturer des prestations qui ne seront pas faites.

Una experiencia absolutamente inolvidable. Alojarse en el hotel de burbuja en pleno desierto de Wadi Rum es como dormir bajo las estrellas sin renunciar a la comodidad: vistas espectaculares, silencio total y una atmósfera mágica tanto de día como de noche. Las instalaciones están cuidadísimas, la burbuja es cómoda, limpia y perfecta para disfrutar del paisaje único del desierto.
Mención especial y enorme agradecimiento a Ahmed, que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más especial. Nos enseñó todos los rincones del desierto, compartió con nosotros su conocimiento, historias y tradiciones, y nos acercó de una forma auténtica a la vida beduina. Su amabilidad, pasión y hospitalidad marcaron la diferencia. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveríamos y que recomendamos al 100 % para vivir Wadi Rum de una manera única y auténtica.
Todo nos encantó.

Loved the dinner by the fire.
Breakfast was ready early and really nice.
Jeep tour showed us cool desert spots.
Guide explained everything in a chill way.
Camp was clean and well taken care of.
Owner greeted us with tea and a smile.
Felt like real Jordanian hospitality.
