Great food, excellent room, awesome Bedouin company

Awwad was a great host, he offered us a great package deal for a full or half-day desert jeep tour at a great price. My friend and I went on the full-day tour which included: The full-day jeep tour starts at 9:30 AM and ends at 6:00 PM. Full-Day Desert Tour Discover the best sights of Wadi Rum on this full-day desert tour. This is an active day tour visiting the main sights by a desert 4×4 in the Wadi Rum Protected Area. At midday, we stop for lunch in the shade. This meal is included. At the end of the tour, your. The guide will stop at the perfect spot to watch the sunset before returning to camp. Desert Sights Included On This Tour: – Lawrence Spring – Red Sand Dune – Khazali Canyon – Small Arch – Lawrence House – Mushroom Rock – Abu Khashaba Canyon – Um Fruth Rock Bridge Package Inclusions: – Full Day Tour as per itinerary – lunch, Bedouin tea and Bottled water. – 4×4 Transfer to Wadi Rum Village Additional Information What’s Included: – Full Day Tour as per itinerary – English-speaking guide – Bottled water – Lunch –Sandboarding – Transportation from the meeting point to the camp and back again It was an amazing experience all around! áram nélkül a sivatagban

A táj szép volt. A reggeli jó és a vacsora hangulatos volt a tábortűzzel és a zenével.

A tulajdonos bár látszólag mindent megtett a kényelemért, villany azonban a naplemente után nem volt és nem mondta hogy csak reggel lesz, pedig az egyik fiú megkérdezte, így az egész csoport kb 9 tól teljes sötétségben volt. Nem tudtuk tölteni a telefonokat és fejlámpákat sem. NEM tetszett, hogy bár elég messze voltunk a civilizációtól SEMMILYEN telefonos kapcsolatunk nem volt- nem lehetett a külvilággal, ez elég nagy probléma, mert kisgyerekek is voltak- HA BÁRMI BAJUNK TÖRTÉNIK SENKITŐL NEM TUDTUNK VOLNA SEGÍTSÉGET KÉRNI!!!!! NEM ÉRZETÜK MAGUNKAT BIZTONSÁGBAN, ....a tábor nyitott és semmiféle kerítés nem választotta el a sivatagtól, ahol még éjjel is hallottuk terepjárók közlekedtek. NEM VOLT MELEGVÍZ, reggel és este sem nagyon. NEM VOLT a szobákban, pohár vagy ivóvíz. Kaptunk 2 doboz dobozos vizet, ami 15 embernek elég kevés. NINCS lehetőség vizet venni ez nagy probléma, mert kint vagyunk a sivatagban.- más kempingekben ez a lehetőség meg volt- Teny az, hogy tisztességtelen játékot játszott velunk, az előre megbeszélteket nem tartotta be, sőt irreális árat 50JOD / person kért a jeep túráért, ő állította a kollégával ezt megbeszélte és ezt elfOgadta, ezt én nem hittem el, de nem tudtuk a kollégát elérni,hogy megbeszéljülk vele, mert nem volt térerő. Másnap a csoport összepakolt és megbeszéltük ennyiért nem kérjük a túrát, ekkor azt mondta akkor is ki kell fizetni, és egy olcsóbb,- de még mindig a nemzeti park által rendezett jeep túrák árán felól volt- ekkor hirtelen nem kellett fizetni, mert azt mondta a kollégával, mindent lerendezett. Az érkezéskor, NEM ENGEDTE hogy vegyünk jeep jegyet, akik kivisznek a kempinghez, mert nekik voltak jeepjeik, amiket 55 JOD ért kínált.- a nemzeti park ennél jóval olcsóbb- A csoportból néhány emberrel beszélve az ott lévő kollégám ellen lázította a csoport tagjait megvádolva, őt olyan dolgokkal ami nem igaz- ez tisztességtelen- és megbontotta a csoportot...szóval én nem ajánlom őt! Nagyon nem!!!!!!

Amazing People and Great Tours

We are 4 tourists from Slovenia, stayed 4 nights. I would recommend staying more than just 1 night because there is so much to do. The people are amazing, kind and love to explain their culture. Most of them speak good english. The breakfast and dinner are amazing! Very nice dining room with plenty of space. You can also charge your phone there. The tents are nice, there are comfortable beds and the toilet is very clean. Each night after dinner there is a bonfire and all of the people hang around and drink tea or coffee. The tours they offer are also very very good, we were not planning on doing that many, but you really get your money's worth. We had an amazing guide!!! There is no signal, but there is no signal almost anywhere in the desert, so prepare for that. It is a nice detox, and if you really need it, the signal is 10 minute walk away. :) I would definetly like to return one day, one of the best places to stay on our trip. We recommend you stay more than 2 days.

Absolutely worth it, would do it again and again

The property was as described. Ran by a lovely family who is very easy going and pleasant. My family loved the time there and their kindness and will recommend to our friends as well.

Very good experience !

Definitely the best experience in Jordan ! We spent a great night in the camp.. and a beautiful full day tour . Tent was simple, but it is part of the experience . Traditional dinner was great too. Everything perfect.

We had an amazing time!!! We let our car and went for a drive in the desert. It was an experience we will never forget. We'd like to thank everyone in the camp for their hospitality. Everything is perfectly organized, never a dull moment. Everything you need is there and everyone is super helpful. We truly had a wonderful time. The diner was great, the food was perfect and we had a super evening around the fire listening to music, we danced, it was incredible. The room was stunning, we had a private patio. You can sit outside at night and look at the stars all night long. We don't have enough words to explain the incredible time we had. We hope to come back soon! Thank you thank you thank you for everything

Without a doubt the best place we have stayed in Jordan. We were made to feel so welcome and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The camp itself is extremely clean and well kept, with the lovely communal tent and beautiful view. We loved everything from the food to the jeep tour and tea around the fire under the stars. I would recommend this place to everyone and would not hesitate to return! Thank you for having us

Everything was phenomenal. Bedouins who were working there, the view, the food, the trips, the way they presentes their life to us. And the host was great from the first day when I booked the accomodation. Very helpful.

Superb Desert Retreat

Very traditional style. Loved it. Great food. The Men all very helpful and friendly. Cabins surprisingly warm and cosy considering how very cold it was outside. And they run the full tour guiding also. Our guide funny, helpful. Great experience overall.

Wifi reception wasnt good. But hey, its a remote Bedouin camp in Wadi Rum.

Wadi Rum - my new love! I will be back!

I fell in love... with the desert. Wadi Rum is a dream and thanks to the wonderful staff of the camp, the great offers to explore the area and the tips and insights I got to know the life of the beduins and the nature so much better. Awwad Talal looked after me and made me feel completely satisfied. I can recommend a stay from A to Z... stay at least 3 nights as I did. I will be back!

Nothing was bad at all! Sure... we are in the middle of a desert...so dont expect 5star-luxury and an extreme buffet.

Unique and excellent experience

Unbelievable experience, Awwad personally took the time to show me the sights in my brief time with the camp, can't wait to return. Facilities were excellent, everything you could need and the food served was excellent. Everybody involved clearly enjoyed sharing a part of their unique culture with their guests, highly recommended.

Very good

The staff and the location of this property were excellent. Our tour guide had amazing knowledge of the area and showed us all the important historical areas of the desert. The food and hospitality were second to none.

Perfect!

Good food, clean rooms, comfortable beds, jeep tour îs perfect. The tea îs the best and traditional music îs special. Thank you for Awaad and his family. If we go again în Jordan, we'll stay for a long period of time în Wadi Rum.

Exceptional

It's not too far from town and also not too close. The staff is very friendly and food was also nice. The camp is situated next to an open dessert so it's easy to just walk out and go star gazing. Very nice camp and would totally recommend it
