The place was very clean & cozy.
the staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming.
Near by it was a supermarket, a kebab shop( snack box) as well as a pharmacy. The location it was like 3 min by taxi from the visitor centre, and walking depending if you were going up or down the hill around 20min
The room was cold, however once we put the heating it was perfect

Great location, only a few minutes by car from Petra and close to restaurants. Free parking on site. The receptionist was super kind and friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well for heating. The staff packaged breakfast for us early at 6:00 a.m. so we could take it to Petra, which was very nice.
The bathroom could be more comfortable. Because of the shower design, a lot of water ends up on the bathroom floor after showering, leaving it quite wet. The bathroom was also cold. In the evening, hot water came after a few minutes, but in the morning there was no hot water. The breakfast was very basic.

The location was good.
The beds are very uncomfortable, half of the shower screen was missing so the bathroom would flood, miserable breakfast that consisted of stale bread, a piece of fruit and very small croissant. Further, the hotel staff do not seem to be on site so it is not easy to arrange things when necessary. Bad smell in the room also
