The location, very very clean. a great breakfast, the host was so very helpful and every little detail was thought of

We loved everything! From the moment we arrived, Evelyn & John were welcoming and friendly. The room - Room 1 - was lovely and spacious, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. There was a large bathroom with a walk in shower and the room had all the "extras" you needed ie: tea & coffee, hairdryer, even robes and slippers. The breakfast was fantastic, with lots of choice, fruit, cereals, home made bread and Yorkshire honey. We opted for the cooked breakfast which was perfectly presented using local produce. We struck lucky here, booking this B & B for two nights for a wedding. In our opinion we couldn't have booked anywhere better. Would have no hesitation in booking again.

Everything! Lovely spotlessly clean and spacious room with very comfortable bed. Great breakfast and welcoming host.
The only comment I would make is that a coffee machine would be a great addition rather than sachets of instant coffee in the room.
