The space in the apartment
The dishes weren't clean and we had to wash it before we used it. The information under the description of the place is also misleading. It stated private pool and balcony. Which isnt correct, as there's no private pool. And no balcany view. The private pool was the main reason we booked the place. Very dissapointing. The host was also very unhelpful on our arrival, she forgot to send the QR code, when assistance was needed regarding the wifi she got irritated with me. However the lady that came to help us with the issue was very nice and kind.
