Maison super agréable et confortable, même en plein hiver en période de grand froid : grande cheminée et pièces à vivre géniales !

Bref, nous avons passé un super séjour en famille (8 adultes et 3 bébés du 26 au 30/12) : belle vue du village depuis l'arrière de la maison, belles balades directement à pieds, et beaucoup de centres d'intérêt à proximité : Gordes, Isle sur la Sorgues, et des tas de vignerons un peu plus loin ...

In one sentence, it was as if we were living on the set of a Provence-based film slated for a Cannes nomination. Completely exceptional.
The property sits perched halfway up on a hill with a scenic view over Lagnes, with the Vaucluse cliffs and the Rhône valley in the distance. The outdoor dinner area, where we got to enjoy sunset after dramatic sunset, is also oriented in the direction of the panorama, it really does not get much better.
We hadn't really understood in advance how big the house was (600m2 if I have it right) - yoga room, art room, laundry room, living room 1 (TV and board games), living room 2, dining room, kitchen, and then all the spacious bedrooms (5 in total, 2 have a terrace) with their own bathroom. But it's the tastefulness and distinct artistic touch that really set the house apart - an endless collection of books, combined with statues, interesting paintings, delicate furniture etc. You could tell that a lot of love, care and thought was poured into this house, which retains a rustic charm while providing modern comfort.
Outside, the pool area is shielded from the occasional mistral wind, and has all comfort you need (there's even a person coming by to clean the pool a few times a week) - we left a unicorn floaty for you :) We would recommend apéritif on the grass lawn on the west side of the house where you can best enjoy the evening sun. The grounds are expansive so we're sure there's more nice spots for you to explore (such as the benches overlooking Lagnes and the olive grove).
It's a truly unique stay, come experience it for yourself, before all our friends book it out :)

Cadre magnifique, endroit de rêve en pleine nature avec une vue extraordinaire! Exceptionnel pour les amateurs d’espace et de calme (même si les festivités au village en contrebas ont un peu perturbé ce calme le dernier soir, mais la fête en été fait partie de la vie, surtout dans le Sud!). Maison très spacieuse où l’on ressent l’histoire du lieu. Nombreux livres à feuilleter dans presque chaque pièce … on se ressource!
Aménagements peut-être pas des plus modernes, mais on est dans l’authenticité de la vie en Provence.
