L'appartement est comme sur les photos au niveau de la décoration. Il est spacieux et le fait d'avoir deux chambres est très appréciable. La climatisation marche très bien. A pieds, on est à 30 min du centre ville. En bus, il est très bien desservi en 10 min.
La propreté n'était pas top. Les draps étaient propres et les serviettes de toilettes (qui n'essuient pas grand chose) étaient propres également. Par contre, on a retrouvé des objets au sol (bijoux fantaisies, flacon de toilette...) et la vaisselle était collante.
Le quartier n'est pas très sûr dès que le soir arrive.
La communication avec l'hôte est moyenne. J'ai fait une demande (avoir des draps pour le second lit car nous étions deux mais mère fille) et je n'ai pas eu de réponse.

I loved how much she was messaging with any questions I had. She has GREAT communication! The landlord is very sweet and respectful as well! I love the way she took her time and always asked how we were doing. The A/C had problems and she got her mechanic out there as quickly as possible! I loved the games she had for us to play! The whole place smelled amazing when we walked in, very clean and fresh!
The neighborhood was a little scary, so we stayed in at night.

It was relatively easy to enter the property. The apartment is spacious and has a renovated bathroom and kitchen.
The property needs a deep cleaning. When I walked in I was greeted with the smell of pot. The basics were clean but everything else was not. I didn't like the black sheets and towels that hide stains and I'm not sure these were changed out from the last guests. It felt grungy. There was a coffee machine (dirty) but no coffee or tea. The neighborhood is very sketchy. Lots of garbage piled up and drug addicts. Signs of an area in transition but not close to being completed.
