After a call to the service call to Will he came out at 9:30 pm to assess the issues. After all got fixed the next day o

It was comfortable and spacious. The grounds were very nice

Our first night we were without heat and hot water due to an empty LP tank. A stuck sump pump and a septic smell in the basement.
