NOT SAFE OR LEGITIMATE HOMELESS LIVING DAY & NIGHT IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING & BLOCKING ACCESS

I arrived late at 12:30 AM.. Several Homeless people were sleeping in front of the gate of the building & were blocking the access the taxi confirmed that area was very unsafe with homeless people & drug addiicts attacking people to steal phone & c cards

The owner NEVER GAVE ME THE INSTRUCTIONS TO GET WITH THE CODE TO OPEN THE GATE.. I contacted him the next day & he still ignored me... I then sent him a mail to cancel the reservation & checked with the pharmacy next door to the building & was told this situation happens on a regular basis : tourists stuck outside with no code to get in.. Clearly this property is a scam & should not be in your site... I have photos & a police report to support this.. I have pictures of all the requests for the entry instructions from me, all ignored..

The Maneger Noele is a big heart lady with a Tahitien spirits , kindness and professional handle the situation happens to passengers traveling from all over the World with understanding everything could happened to us , , she and Beatrice, with her husband make our staying like home sweet home , my health from bad to become better by their love and care ,😍God blessing their heart the apartment is amazing big , nice , comfortable , amazing location, beautiful and close to everything, such a hindered gem in Paradise

Only the Barth room is smell old and toilet seat need to fix ,

L'emplacement et son côté caché, le confort du lit.

La configuration de la salle de bain : accès àu wc par l'espace douche...toujours mouillé. Manque un tapis de sortie de douche. Le prix demandé était de 5000 plus cher que lannoce initiale vue sur sur booking mais ça restait un bon rapport qualité prix.
