Beau studio, bien équipé (machine à laver, four, micro-ondes, chauffe eau, télévision, climatisation), bien situé (centre-ville) et un balcon pour les fumeurs.

J'aurai mis une note de 10/10 si l'escalier ainsi que le couloir était éclairé Mais à part ça je suis satisfait de mon séjour au Studio Ninamu

Lamentable.

L'hôte du logement n° 87290521 a eu un comportement inqualifiable... Le numéro de code de la porte était erroné, j'ai donc dû l'appeler ... le code avait été modifié... A mon entrée dans le logement le 15/07 pour six nuits, la bouteille de gaz était vide... Le 17/07 à 18H J'ai voulu utiliser le grille pain, le courant a sauté... J'ai donc appelé le propriétaire, celui ci s'est montré trés désobligeant et m'as dit d'aller aux compteurs moi même à l'étage en dessous, je venai de me faire opérer et je n'avais qu'un bras de libre et le noir était total... Il a commencé à m'insulter de tous les noms!!! Il ne voulait pas se déranger pour remettre le courant. Il m'a dit de partir si je n'était pas contente et que j'étais une emmerd... Sans électricité toute la nuit, je ne pouvais rester au risque d'avoir mon téléphone déchargé ! J'ai du appeler quelqu'un pour me venir me chercher... Je tiens à signaler cet hôte qui n'a aucune légitimité à travailler au travers de votre plateforme ! Je demande réparation de ce comportement avec un remboursement des nuits du 17au 21/07 où je n'ai pas occupé le studio... Je compte sur votre compréhension, Mme Annie Donval. anniedonv@gmail.com
