Location, room and all the amenities of the room and property.
The room had a very musty smell to it!!! A couple of the female staff members at the front could have been more personable.

The rooms had literally everything you need! Extra long bath towels, essentials, extra pillows & blankets already stocked in room, full kitchen with kitchen essentials, including stove & oven.
The lobby had NO A/C… it was hot & humid

We love this place and have stayed here every year for the last 6 or 7 years. Hoping we can continue to stay here. The price goes up more than 10% each year. From last year it went up about 20%. It's not like we get anything additional. It's a great place, but may be out of my league next year. The staff is great, as is the actual facility and location (if you are track bound).
The continued raising of the cost each year, without added benefits.

Unbeatable location for the racetrack. Friendly staff. Shuttle to the races.
I stayed at the same resort last year; this year they put us in a very noisy room, every night there was this constant noise all night, we had to go to sleep with our air pods on; front desk told me is due to cooling machines on next door restaurant, so they knew going in that the room was going to be noisy; bed was comfortable however bedding was not as good as the one we had last year, furniture being the same as last year this time you could see the wear and tear.
Also wi-fi went off the last night.
