Ik vond het appartement erg mooi en de ligging was top. Veel was op loopafstand, zoals de Time Out Market, leuke restaurantjes en barretjes. De communicatie met de host was ook heel fijn!
Wat minder fijn was, is dat er inderdaad een rioollucht hing in de wc, zoals ik ook al in andere recensies had gelezen. Als de deur openstond, rook je het soms ook in de kamer. We hielden de deur meestal dicht, wat wel hielp, maar daardoor werd de badkamer wel wat vochtiger.
Ook hebben we een beetje last gehad van de bovenburen. Ik weet niet of het vaste bewoners waren of dat het appartement erboven ook wordt verhuurd, maar we zijn 's nachts een paar keer wakker geworden van gestamp of gepraat. Dit kan natuurlijk ook net pech zijn, maar dat was wel iets minder.

The location is awesome. The apartment overall is great and done with taste.
The smell of sewage is unbearable.
Although the external grated gate gives a feeling of safety, so one can leave the door open, in case of fire it's a safety hazard as it can only be open with a key.
I'd expect those kind of details to be sorted since it's an Architect Design Loft.

Bien agencé
Les oreillers sur le meuble de la cuisine étaient noirs de poussière,les toilettes sentait extrêmement mauvaises,la chasse d eau coule tout le temps.
Pas de micro-ondes,et un bruit pas possible des gens au dessus.
