No deberían alquilar un piso con plagas de insecto y sin aire acondicionado o mencionar que solo hay en el salón.

Pues muy descontenta con el establecimiento

Los insectos dentro de la casa (cucarachas grandes, arañas, hormigas y zancudos) y no mencionar que habían plagas de esos insectos dentro de la casa, no he podido dormir pensando en que saldría, fue terrible y El no tener aire acondicionado en los cuartos ni en los pasillos ni en la cocina, era solo en el salón, no se podían abrir las ventanas porque entraban más insectos, y en los cuartos hacía demasiado calor, he tenido que dormir con mis dos hijas pequeñas y mi marido en el salón todos los días ya que era el único lugar donde había aire acondicionado y donde podíamos estar frescos por la noche, todo el día la pasábamos fuera ya que preferíamos eso al estar dentro de la casa.

Apartamento cómodo y amplio centrico en Cartagena

Muy buena calidad precio, es un apartamento amplio y muy cómodo, nos ha gustado mucho. Tiene todo lo necesario. El acceso fue fácil y eficaz.

Todo muy bien, lo único que tiene un olor fuerte a azufre pero lo hablamos con el dueño y nos indicó que lo estaban investigando al ser algo de todo el edificio.

Malas condiciones higienico-sanitarias y cucarachas.

No es recomendable: NO CUMPLE CON CONDICIONES BÁSICAS HIGIENICO-SANITARIAS. Las imagenes hablan por si solas: suciedad, cucarachas, botellas de alcohol empezadas en la nevera, ceniza en la encimera de la cocina, hormigas, habitaciones bloqueadas y un olor insoportable a humedad y suciedad. Además la información descrita es falsa: no disponen de parking aunque esto es lo de menos después de ver las condiciones. Solo compartimos 4 fotos , pero cualquier rincón era similar.

Cuando expusimos la situación, no nos ofrecieron alternativa de alojamiento ya que lo reservamos por tres noches y nos acompañaban menores. No se responsabilizaron de la situación.
