Would definitely recommend Roberto's apartment.

Great location - a 5 minute easy walk from the sea and main street (with shops and restaurants). Apartment was fabulous - having two bathrooms is brilliant when travelling with friends. Terrace is a great bonus too. Roberto was a fabulous host - communication with him was excellent from start to finish; he sends better details on how to find the place as Satnavs don't recognise the street - although if you put the gps co-ordinates in (rather than street names) then you get taken straight to the door. Parking was a great bonus - easy to find and very big spaces.

Perfect accommodation with great access to the city

Great location, only 5 minutes walk to the central area with bars and restaurants. Underground parking was great too, as parking nearby limited. Apartment had all facilities you would find at home and the outdoor roof terrace was perfect for a drink in the evening.

Excellent location near the

The penthouse was equipped really well it had everything we needed. The location was great for getting to all the attractions. The parking space was a great advantage in Cartagena. Roberto was very helpful answering our questions before we arrived and ensured everything was ok when we arrived and left. I would highly recommend this property and definitely use again for another trip.

The sofa wasn’t particularly comfortable but wouldn’t put me of revisiting.

Great apartment in a great location

Extremely well-equiped apartment. Spacious, with excellent outdoor space. Air-conditioning/heating system not limited, and plentiful hot water. Fully equipped kitchen, stocked with everything you need. Highly recommend. Host was very responsive and helpful to queries.

A minor issue, but we would have preferred clearer information in advance of our arrival on how we would gain access to the property.

A home away from home

Great flat, centrally located near the station and the sights. The flat was very well equipped and had everything we needed for the stay. We particularly loved the rooftop terrace with its great views. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Roberto!

Exceeded our expectations. fantastic value and would recommend to anyone.

We deliberated over type and location of what we wanted and have no regrets we chose Atico San Crispin. Secure, exceptionally clean on arrival, a couple of minutes walk to historic locations, marina and shopping & restaurants. secure underground parking is ideal, Roberto was ideal host (although never needed to meet him). Excellent communications, easy access to very safe and secure apartment and parking, loads of convenience items to make arrival easy. everything you need for a self sufficient stay ir just a base. Our son joined us on day 4 as planned and also loved the place the comfy beds and air-con. that also had the bonus of him being young enough to play Netflix in a few clicks so we had a couple of late night films and news channels. Photos on the site are an accurate reflection of the property.

The property is beautifully furnished and has all modern appliances. It was in a great location and the garage was super convenient. There was also great communication from Roberto during our trip

Exceptional

Exceptional apartment. Lacking nothing, everything you could need was in the apartment and was of high quality. Very comfortable and the outside terrace was an added bonus. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended.

Great location. Super clean. Helpful host with amazing communication. Place has everything you could need. Very close to lots of shops and restaurants and all the tourist places. Lovely apartment, sad I couldn't stay longer!

LOVELY PLACE TO STAY AND EXPLORE

Location was perfect . A short walk (7 mins) gets you to a fairly large supermarket (lidl) and lots of little stores nearby. About the same distance gets you to the bus and train stations . The host kindly recommended a firm who picked us up from the airport at Murcia and dropped us at the door ( Beniconnect Transfers , good price and excellent service and communications ). Property on 3rd floor , all common areas very clean and bonus of a lift .

¡Estupendo! A clean and comfortable flat that we would book again.

Cheerful, very clean, lots of thoughtful details in the flat. The host was very attentive and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Directions and instructions were very clear. The garaje was uncomplicated.

The showers are quite small, and the hot water ran out quickly.

Exceptional

This was an excellent apartment for a visit to the fascinating Roman city of Cartagena. Most of the important sights, ancient & modern, were within 10-15 mins. walk. The quality of the accommodation and equipment was very high, everything has been thought out carefully by Roberto and his wife. The 'meet and greet' was quick and there is also the benefit of underground, off road car parking. The owners really have gone beyond what is normal for this sort of short term letting accommodation. Thank you, Roberto!
