We loved everything. We've spent many years using self catering apartments/houses etc in different countries but this one is the best by far.
It's beautifully presented, clean, the sort of place you could actually live in. The terrace was an enjoyable place to sit and have a glass of wine. Having two full bathrooms was a real luxury.
There's everything you need, dishwasher,.washing machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave....I could go on...
I would highly recommend this place..takes about 10 minutes to walk into the centre. And the bus to the beach is about 3 minutes away. Number 12 bus BTW..
My only suggestion would be a bin in the bathroom(s) somewhere to put cotton wool, wipes etc...
But that's a small thing,...

L'emplacement tres proche du cœur de la ville mais très calme meme pendant la finale coupe du monde.Le toit terrasse tres agréable pour les repas ou se reposer sur les transats.
Espace et l'agencement de l'appartement. Très propre, bien équipé.
Décoration hétéroclite mais cocoon.
La disponibilité de l'hôte tres réactif. Le parking inclus dans le prix.
La climatisation des chambres fonctionne mais est bruyante elle mériterait d'être changée. Dommage qu il n'y pas de volet dans la cuisine pour garder la fraîcheur de l'appartement. et idee pour équipement supplémentaire qui derait vraiment tres appreciable mettre à disposition un parasol et des fauteuils pour la plage et pourquoi pas quelques serviettes de bain supplémentaire.

The property was superb! Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and everything you need for a homely and relaxing stay. The street was quiet yet a very short stroll and already you felt in the centre of everything. We got the Interbus from and to Murcia airport, which dropped just a 5 walk away and the bus stop for Cala Cortina beach is also just a 3-minute walk. The stand out feature for this apartment has to be the host, Roberto. He was very responsive, kind and accommodating to all our needs. You can tell he cares about your stay and check in was very quick and easy. The rooftop terrace was amazing and it was lovely to have the option to sit out at night. What a fabulous stay!
