Staff had the heater and lights on for us, before we arrived, which was very nice.
Beds not comfortable. It was very soft and we sank into it.

Nice but could do with a few changes, the rug in the lounge is quite dangerous and potentially a fall hazard as it is very slippery

The house was comfortable but a little run down. The hammock was relaxing. I liked the location of the house because it was close to Long Beach. But many things in the house were close to breaking point, eg: towel rails, kitchen utensils and cooking equipment and you could tell the photos on booking site must have been taken years ago.
Utensils in the kitchen, spatula, wooden spoons, fry pans are all old and need replacing. The kitchen and bathroom was dirty with cleaning equipment sprawled everywhere. Rubbish bin lid was left sitting on buffet on arrival. Mould on the shampoo/conditioner bottles and around the base of the toilet. Loads of bugs in the house and blood splats on the walls where previous guests had squashed mosquitoes and moths. In the garden, most of the plants are dead, and the deck hasn't been revanished for years. BBQ was dirty and needed cleaning before we could use it.
