The villa is in a good location and is indeed value for money. The room and common shared areas such as the outside dining area, and kitchen were quite clean
The staff are a complete let down for what would easily have been the best vacation. There's one lady who works with Josephine, I didn't get her name who was quite unpleasant. When I asked for my room to be cleaned she made a face, rolled her eyes as if she were doing me a favour and reluctantly agreed to clean. I once asked her for my breakfast earlier than what I communicated and received the same unpleasant reaction close to a sneer. This is completely unacceptable! The breakfast, simple omelette and toast while tasty can have variety. The tea though was quite tasteless with a lot of water. The common areas such as the upstairs lounge area and rooftop were also not clean. The pool beds as well were dirty. They should provide water or tell guests in advance that it's not available. My request for early check in was not allowed and had to spend 4 hours at the windy rooftop after such a long journey before checking in. On check out as I was travelling late, I had to shower in the dirty rooftop

After the main road the road aint good and its dusty, also location is abit far from town.

Struttura pulita, spazi ampi, personale eccezionale! Cucina in comune fornita di tutto il necessario e parco privato con piscina. Bagno con doccia chiusa (cosa rara in Kenya) e bidè!
Colazione sostanziosa ma sarebbe da aggiungere qualcosa in più di dolce
