It was perfect for our family. There were 2 bedrooms, one with a king and 1 with a set of twins and a double so plenty of room for a family of five or six maybe more , depending if they would like to sleep on the couch or the love seat. It was clean and the washer and dryer is an added bonus. The full kitchen was perfect for making a meal instead of eating out. We would definitely stay here again. As an added bonus, nickel plate beach is five minutes down the road. It was a clean beach with a play area for kids.
The outside noise can be loud and there is a frequent train. So if you're a light sleeper, I suggest bringing a fan to drowned out the noise or some earplugs.

Cute place. Loved the big TV with plenty of space in the living room/dining room. Only stayed one night but would definitely stay there again!
The floors are uneven (possibly water damaged at some point). There is a small section that sticks up and catches the bottom of your foot/sock when walking to the kitchen.

Location to town was okay. But when it rain you come down stairs it floods from down spout. Bring extra shoes.
Train noise is really.liud with horn blowing alot during your sleep time.trash truck pickup for business surrounding at 430am in morning. We requested a early checking. Was never contacted about a fee. On day we got there we had call get checking procedures and when we went open door would not open. Was told there is a fee of 55.00 for 2 hr checking early fee. This was half of whole day stay.. I was no happy since we booked this almost a month in advance.
