Es un departamento espacioso y cómodo.
El sistema de desagote de los aires acondicionados manual hacía que debamos estar atentos a ello. Solo ese detalle. El resto nos encantó.

Es hat alle prima gepasst. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super. Schnelle Rückmeldungen via booking-Nachrichten (bzw auch über whatsapp). Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert über eine Schlüsselbox. Alle Anweisungen und Infos waren einfach umzusetzen. Vielen Dank an die hilfbereite Elletra für gute Kommunikation auf englisch.
Das Appartment ist wirklich fußläufig nur 2 min zum Colosseum. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind mehrere Cafebars für den Frühstückscafe an der Bar (1 espresso, 1 doppelter Espresso, 1 Capucchino für 5 Euro an der Bar!). Gleich gegenüber eine tolle Weinbar! Ein kleiner carrefour express Supermarkt in der Nähe (etwas teurer, aber für ein paar Sachen die man eben benötigt wie Getränke durchaus in Ordnung). Ein Tabacchi-Laden für ein Busticket auch in der Nähe.
Die Laufnähe zum Colosseum und Forum ist genial. Auch für eine Abendrunde oder Sonnenuntergang mega.
Wir haben die Wohnung zu dritt genutzt. Bei 5 Leuten etwa sportlich mit Badbenutzung (eher ein kleines "Schlauchbad". Die Küche klein und übersichtlich, aber bei einem Städttrip haben wir die Küche (Gasherd) nicht zum kochen benutzt.
Die Klimaanlage war prima und hat gut runtergekühlt. Aufpassen dass man die Wasserbehälter rechtzeitig leert.
Die Betten waren bequem, das Zustellbett im großen Schlafzimmer haben wir nicht genutzt.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und in einem Stadthaus in Rom zu wohnen war irgendwie besonders :-)
Wir würden das Appartment wieder buchen.

It was close to the collosseum. Lots of little restaurants around.
It was a bit dated and the word luxury apartment doesn’t meet the expectations. Adapters do not fit into the old style wiring of the apartment. There is limited socks for adapters and the power seems to be very slow to charge phone etc. The apartment block is old style. A few bowls would be nice for cereal in the morning. Pictures make it look way nicer.
