Apt appeared to have been recently remodeled and everything was nice and clean. The view was great!
Outside the property the corridors were not clean and well kept. There were issues with the elevator on our arrival. Inside the property the internet was very slow and we couldn’t stream or watch anything on the tv with movies freezing all the time.

The property itself was good and the unit was clean and in good location.
The ad that lured me to book was misleading. It advertised that beach chairs and shade were big print to capture and then not true, I was expecting the beach chairs and shade offered by the beach service .When we went to the beach to inquire about we were told that our unit was not included for beach service, so we had to pay out of pocket for the service we were expecting. Poor marketing scheme

The view was great, it was newly remodeled, the thing is I was counting on the bunk beds and you took that away.
The security people were rude about everything concerning pool deck. Yes I realize they are
Compensating for the accident that happened. But no type of balls except a inflatable beach ball is absurd. What do kids do if they can’t have any toys to play with, very disappointed
