Price was fairly reasonable but a little expensive. Kitchen was well stocked with functioning appliances. Bathroom was functional and clean, the high point was the shower. It had good water pressure and hot water. The whole apartment was reasonably clean, a singular Swiss-approved trash bag was provided. No bugs. Had frosted windows for privacy. There was a working fan and microwave. It's a large studio apartment, nothing more and nothing less. Replies from the owner were quick, but I am unsure if the responses were from a genuine person or from a chatbot. I would recommend it if you aren't particularly picky about location or beds.

I cannot recommend this place in good conscience if you have difficulty walking uphill/downhill, or, on a lesser note, if you have sensitive skin. The bedsheets were very rough and uncomfortable, to the point of making my eczema flare up. It was very warm inside, even with all the windows open and fan on- for context, I stayed here during September, average outdoors temp was about 20c. The kitchen had many appliances, but no cooking oil, and the dish soap provided was heavily watered down to the point of being basically useless. There were crumbs in the toaster and on some plates. A closet hinge was broken, so I did not touch it. Security deposit was fifty francs, which... was a lot of money. The checkout instructions had the guests clean the dishes, pick up after themselves, generally clean up the room- annoying but fair. My main complaint is twofold: this studio apartment is at the bottom of a very, very (I cannot overstate how steep this slope was; nor how long. There was no mention of it in the property's listing.) steep and lengthy slope. This *must* be taken into consideration when booking. There are handrails on the majority of this slope, for what it's worth. It is unpaved and bumpy. Extremely unfriendly to wheelchair users or people with mobility issues. I have leg braces, and it was just barely manageable with breaks. There is also the fact that this apartment, from the train station, is fairly difficult to figure out if you're a tourist. Even with the instructions provided, it took me twenty minutes to figure out where it was. In no small part because of the slope- I keep mentioning the slope, but it was genuinely the largest hindrance of my stay. It was like a point and click adventure game, but worse, because I was hauling luggage with me.
