Locatie, voorzieningen, schoon, netjes, communicatie was duidelijk, check-in was duidelijk, we mochten onze koffer achterlaten, alles was goed. Uitzicht was ook mooi.

Sijainti on hyvä. 10min kävelymatka Pavilion-ostoskeskukseen. Petronas Torneillekin 25min kävelymatka. Huoneisto oli siisti. Tässä hotellissa on Kuala Lumpurin paras uima-allas.
Kaikki toimi.

One of the worst parts of our experience started during check-in. The staff didn’t know how to properly explain how to get to the correct parking area. The parking layout is very confusing. We had small children with us, and we ended up going up and down three times because we were in the wrong building. The staff didn’t explain that there’s a difference between Building C and the others, or that the parking areas are not the same. They simply told us to enter and park anywhere.
Then, there was another incident the next day when we requested an iron. We made the request at 10 a.m., but by 1 p.m., we still hadn’t received it. Because of that, we were late for an event. Their problem-solving was really poor.
