I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Everything was well organized, and I really enjoyed my experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Do not recommend

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing due to misleading booking information, additional charges, cleanliness issues, and poor service. We specifically filtered our booking requirements for 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and this apartment appeared in the search based on those criteria. However, after selecting the property, the 2-bathroom option was no longer clearly visible, and the actual category was mentioned only in a very small and easy-to-miss description. When we arrived, the first thing the agent told us was, “You booked 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, not 2.” We explained that we had specifically searched for and selected a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom property. The agent then told us that we could be given the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment we believed we had booked, but only if we paid an additional amount, despite the fact that we had already paid for our booking. We decided not to pay extra and agreed to stay in the 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment. However, the agent then informed us that maintenance work was being carried out and temporarily assigned us a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment for one night. Unfortunately, the second bathroom had an extremely strong and unpleasant odor, making it unusable. The smell was so bad that it spread throughout the entire apartment. The next day, we moved to the 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was also very poor. The rooms and bathroom were not properly cleaned, the bedsheets were covered in dust, and the toilet was visibly dirty with red stains. During checkout, the agent repeatedly pressured us to leave a good review immediately. We explained that we were already running late for our flight and would leave a review once we had time, but he continued calling us afterward asking for a review. Overall, the experience was disappointing from the booking process through to the stay and checkout.
