There’s no lift in the property need to carry luggage by stairs . Room space is just adequate little more space would have been better .

This was a wonderful first time experience of Georgia. The hotel made it all the more comfortable. Very reasonably priced hotel for the facilities it offers - brand new hotel with modern rooms, very clean everywhere, hot-high pressure shower, and very good internet (which was important for me as I was working during my stay). The views from the balcony were awesome (each room has a balcony). The hotel also offers breakfast for 30 GEL but I always had breakfast outside during a trek - so can't comment on that. Stefan (the owner) and his family lives just next door and are always available to help. They are extremely nice people and it was a pleasure to interact with them. The hotel provided me with a peaceful and a very comfortable stay to carry on my hiking in the Kazbegi area. Stefan also offered me pick up from Tbilisi airport and also offered a round trip transportation to Juta - for a price (which was a bit expensive since I was traveling alone but if you don't need it, you can find your own shared transportation). After checkout, Stefan also dropped me at the marsthrutka station for free!
Nothing really. Hotel is a bit far from center (about 1 km) but there was a perfectly fine sidewalk along the road to go to the center and I don't mind walking - but if you have mobility issues, a car would be very helpful.

Établissement récent au bord de la route principale. La chambre est grande mais impersonnelle. Le lit est confortable mais les draps sont rêches.
L’odeur de canalisation est insupportable dans la salle de bain. La plomberie ne fonctionne pas correctement. De fort bruits se font entendre dès que l’on utilise l’eau. L’insonorisation entre les logements est mauvaise. Pas de buffet pour le petit déjeuner…
