Awful scam

Nothing

First of all they didn't open me even before 10p.m. Also didn't answer the phone. 20 min after they recalled me to come but i was far away in the centre, cause region was scary. Not the best place. Highly DO NOT recommend

Definitely NO if you want peace of mind.

the room was big and spacious and that was about it..

Mohamed, the gentleman who met us was rude as hell. We arrived early and he held our bags until check in, very rudely.. (which was the only good thing). Upon arrival, he answered rudely and it was as if he was paying us to stay there. he didnt charge us though. Communication with the property prior to arrival was poor and they seldomly responded. The room has a rat in, which I kept quiet from my wife on night 1 ( I am a light sleeper and saw it ) - I read this on other reviews too - and thought 'Ok, by now it should have been taken care of and still booked the place, taking advantage of the low rate and the size. The location is very dodgy - I went out at 5am on the first morning, attempting to go for a morning run, and was met by someone just outside asking me if I wanted to buy cocaine. I looked around and immediately went back in. I also spoke to the shop owner across the road and he advised that we not walk about early morning and late evenings. ( we opted to take an uber to the Train Station the next morning, which is a 5 min walk), just due to the safety aspect... At night it is worse and we made sure that we didn't go out after dark. (I guess that is Europe) Fortunately we only stayed 2 nights.. During the day it is fine, but not at night where criminal looking element wander and loiter around. We stayed for 2 nights - on day 1, the host asked us if we were staying 2 nights - which i said yes to. I mean this is on the booking. On day 2 morning, fortunately we had our door locked, the host tried to open our door. This infuriated me, as he should have known, based on our conversation the day before. Wasnt very pleasant..

L’emplacement autre chose non, même le comportement de locataire est mauvais, les équipements sont très mauvais, elle nous interdit d’utiliser la cuisine, pas de chauffage, pas de télévision

L’accueil doit être amélioré car difficile d’avoir des clés à temps... Et surtout il n’y avait personne à proximité pour répondre aux petites préoccupations des clients
