Messy, unsafe, damaged, not for living either national or international
We did not stay at this property because the condition of the property was extremely messy, damaged, unsafe, and completely unacceptable for my family.
Firstly, the address provided in the booking was incorrect, which made it very difficult for us to locate the property when we arrived. After eventually finding the location, there was nobody there. We knocked on the door to check whether anyone was inside, but the door was open and there was no one present.
The entrance was extremely dirty, the stairs were broken/damaged, and most importantly, the main entrance door had no proper lock. This meant there was no proper security, privacy, or safety.
My family, including children, became very scared and uncomfortable. We did not feel safe leaving our belongings there or staying in the property because anyone could potentially enter due to the lack of a secure lock. The condition of the property was also very poor and not what we reasonably expected from the booking.
We had also made a special request online before our arrival, but we received no response or assistance regarding our request.
Because of all these serious issues — the incorrect address, extremely dirty entrance, broken stairs, lack of a secure main door, lack of privacy and safety, and no response to our special request — we decided that the property was not safe or suitable for our family and therefore had to leave without staying.
We booked the accommodation expecting a safe, clean, secure, and suitable place for our family. Unfortunately, the property did not meet these basic expectations at all.
Considering the circumstances, we are requesting a full refund. We believe this is a reasonable request because we were unable to stay at the property due to serious issues that were outside our control.

Dirtiest ever
Nothing there to like
Dirty place ever I seen. Is it not rent able place. Bed sheets dirty , sofa dirty, dirty Towels, dirtiest entrance, the shower head is broken I asked him to replace he asked me a video sent by WhatsApp WhatsApp he didn't pick even didn't saw the messages. Who repair the shower head by ourself. The place like hell

hayatımda kaldığım en kötü booking deneyimiydi. daire fotograftakilerle alakalı değil, resimleri kesinlikle karşılamıyor. 2 gece için tutmuştuk ve ÇOK FAZLA ama ÇOK FAZLA böcek ve haşere vardı. arada bi bazı köşelerden çıkmıyordu, evin TAMAMI haşerat ve böcek içindeydi. hayatımda bu kadar böcek ilacı kullanmadım, böcek kovalamadım. konu hakkımda hem booking hemde tesis sahibiyle iletişime geçmeme rağmen iki taraftan da herhangi bir yanıt almadım, konuyu çözmek üzere kimse burda değildi. apartmanın kokusunu katmıyorum bile. hayatımda yaşadığım en kötü geceydi ilk gece, ikinci gece zaten kalamadım bile. koyulan havlulardan kıl çıktı her yer lekeliydi ve bazı yastıklar kokuyordu. evin içi haricinde alt katında sürekli yaslı adamların takıldığı ve inanılmaz dolu bi kafe var. hem çok sesli hemde evin direkt olarak girişinde olduğu için tedirgin edici. sokağın da benzer bir şekilde tekinsiz olduğunu ve güvenli olmadığını düşünüyorum. TEMİZLİK, HAŞERAT, GÜVENSİZLİK ve süreçte iletişim kurmaya çalışmama rağmen defalarca ne booking’in ne de tesis sahibinin dönmeyişi bu deneyimi sadece gezimin değil hayatımın en kötü ve korkunç demeyimi haline getirdi. bundan sonra booking’i güvenerek kullanamayacağıma eminim. kanıt olarak çektiğim birkaç böcek fotosunu da ekliyorum (hepsini ekleyemiyorum fotoğraf yükleme sayısı sınırından dolayı).

Voyage dans un bourbier!
Nous allons être franc: il s'agit d'un immeuble parfaitement insalubre et dangereux.
L'immeuble est un vieil immeuble de ville très peu entretenu avec un accès compliqué par escalier étroit avec des rambardes fragiles.
En bas des escaliers, sont stockés les sacs poubelles avec les odeurs qui vont avec.
Dans les appartements, il n'y a rien: entre les photos bien cadrées lorsque les appartements ont été remis au gout du jour sur Booking et la réalité, vous allez déchanter.
Très peu de vaisselle, un nombre de chaises insuffisant, de la moisissure à différents endroits, des marques d'infiltration d'eau au plafond, des draps sales (nous avons dormi dans nos sacs de couchage), des fiantes de pigeon au kilo, un balcon qui devrait être condamné (voir photo)....
Le quartier peut-être sympa mais il est très compliqué de pouvoir se stationner et ne vous attendez pas à du calme (cri dans la rue, porte qui claque).
L'avantage, vous pouvez vous approvisionner en drogue en bas de l'immeuble!
