Die Unterkunft war sehr ruhig und dennoch super zentral gelegen. Schallisolierte Fenster und unser Zimmer war zum Innenhof hin. Das war uns bei dem Trubel in der Innenstadt sehr wichtig. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Es wird täglich gereinigt. Die Fenster sind foliert, wodurch man extra Privatsphäre hat. Uns hat das nicht gestört, im Gegenteil. Wir hatten ursprünglich ein anderes Zimmer gebucht, in welchem die Klimaanlage bei Ankunft leider defekt war. Wir wurden daher vom Gastgeber super freundlich empfangen und uns wurde auch mit dem Gepäck geholfen. Wir konnten uns ein anderes Zimmer aussuchen und haben zusätzlich für alle drei Tage ein Frühstück in der angrenzenden Bar erhalten. Wirklich super freundlich! Das Frühstück war natürlich klassisch italienisch, aber richtig lecker. Es gab auch noch Tipps zum Essen in der Stadt und wir konnten den Gastgeber via Whatsapp erreichen. Er hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und auch unsere Wünsche zum Beispiel bei der Zimmerreinigung berücksichtigt. Ein weiterer Aspekt, welcher uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Es gab mehrere abschließbare Türen durch die man zum Zimmer gelangt und überall hängen Sicherheitskameras. Wir können die Unterkunft und den Gastgeber sehr empfehlen.
Natürlich ist das Haus etwas heruntergekommen, wie viele Häuser in Neapel. Es wird aktuell renoviert, wovon wir aber nichts mitbekommen haben. Das Treppenhaus und der Aufzug werden regelmäßig gereinigt, was wir sehr positiv fanden.

The location was great in a vibrant,walkable neighborhood with lots of great restaurant choices. The room was modern, large, and clean with a comfortable bed. Access to the upstairs lobby and room was easy with access codes. For the price the value was pretty good if your biggest want was great location and a clean, spacious room that looks newly remodeled.
The bathroom and shower were large by European standards. However, there was no real counter space and no where to hang towels anywhere near the shower. Never once saw the owners although they could usually be reached by WhatsApp. On the one day we wanted our room cleaned, we were told housekeeping was only done from 10-12 which forced us to be out of the room early or miss housekeeping. The front door to the first floor main whole building always stuck. The large lobby was shabby looking with construction materials and a porta potty inside. The room was dark with minimal natural light. The only windows opened into a small area with other apartments just 15 feet away on all sides. Could only get a glimpse of the sky by hanging my head out the window and looking straight up.
