-Basically everything
-Comfy and spacious
-Very nice and helpful host
-Lots of restaurants nearby
-Plenty of tourist attractions within walking distance
-Close to metro, trams and trains
-The street was rather loudish in the evenings (but we were warned in advance)
-The shower cabin was leaking water.
-Mattresses were a little too hard for my liking (but it is a matter of personal preferrence)

Mooi ruim appartement met alle voorzieningen. Zeer leuke ligging.

Clean, good value for money, central location, has all it needs, good kitchen etc. Very close to restaurants, convenience stores and Timeout market. Overall had everything we needed. Suitable for short or long stays as there are laundry facilities as well.
A/C could have gone lower in one of the bedrooms. It was slightly warm but the two fans helped. A/C was really cold in another bedroom.

Property is fabulous. It has everything you need for a comfortable family stay and is brilliantly located to access all the Lisbon sites
The only gripe would be that the air con only worked intermittently, requiring us to reset the power on a few occasions.
