It was a villa that has a spa in one of the multiple bathrooms, it was easy to check in and out and the staff were very fast to respond to communications. There were also lots of cooking equipment like a rice cooker etc in the room, and there were travel adaptors supplied too which in all my years of traveling I’ve never had before so that was a stand out to me.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, I wish we had been able to stay for longer like we had originally planned (our flights delayed us by multiple nights)

Location amazing 2 min walk to the beach lovely walk to, 7eleven 1 min walk, main strip down to the beach just past 7eleven. To be fair it’s very hard to get a villa this close to be as local as this was 10/10 for that. Pool really nice 👌🏽 and very clean. Good size. This is a perfect villa for being local and not having to be carful about to much because been well used. Perfect area for family’s
Patong 8-10 mins by transport, taxi about 3-4£ away. Staff were fabulous very informative and great service offered cleans every day, brought fresh bottled water and clean towels daily.
Very clean but living room a little worn kept well but couch was like out door ratten furniture and with two teenagers wasn’t comfortable when relaxing at night also stained of previous wet clothing, same for dining chairs material it was worn but 4 chair covers to place over.
Bedroom 1 bed very comfortable but second bedroom was like a brick, we had turns of who slept in there because so hard. I didn’t complain we stayed 4 nights was reasonable for the location.
