Really spacious property with amazing views of the jungle (property at edge of city). Modern and clean facilities - gym well equipped and the pool very nice. Easy check in and check out via messaging owner - recommend you give an eta in advance vs messaging on arrival like me!
Pool closed on Mondays for maintenance FYI (they should really advertise that when booking esp if you hit a Monday as I did!). Sauna wasn't working. Location not so easy to find, booking.com had wrong location (to a waterpark up the road) had to ask locals for directions.

The pool and sauna facilities were accessible for guests unlike complaints of other guests that booked condos in surrounding areas. The security guards were vigilant and we saw them doing security rounds at night. The host was able to find us alternate accommodations for the night when the electricity was not restored. The fan and air conditioning were a blessing in the humid weather.
Internet connection was poor or non-existent during the stay. The host forgot to provide basic necessities like toilet rolls, dishwashing detergent during check in. The apartment had no electricity and water for two days of our stay. The response to requests like no electricity and internet connection could have been better- more proactive. We had to ask the host to provide alternate accommodations when the electricity and water was not going to be restored on the first day.

The common space on the property is very nice, but the pool was closed the entire week, which was very disappointing in the heat. There were clean towels and sheets for each room along with soap. The owner was flexible with check-in & check-out times and met us quickly with the key upon a late arrival. Clear directions to access the property were sent in advance using WhatsApp.
The apartment was spacious and surface clean but had a strong mildew smell and which is not welcoming upon arrival. The AC and fans were off, worsening the unpleasant smell and heat. The refrigerator was off as well. There were no paper towels or clean kitchen towels.
