Spacious family room
Air con didn’t work properly, bed sheets were synthetic, for a family room of four we were only given two towels and the room which was facing the motorway was extremely noisy. We booked breakfast but on arrival weren’t introduced to how to get breakfast so the following morning we basically left to the airport having just had a coffee as there was no one to serve us breakfast.

Rooms - clean and spacious. High ceiling. Air conditioning. Elevator. Drinking water provided.
Staff - friendly and always ready to help. I was looking to buy a phone charger - they found it for me.
Breakfast. Simple, but tasty.
Money exchange. they will help you with that. Rates were better than in Danang 2.61

Close to airport.
Clean bathroom.
The sheets were a sateen finish which I personally don't like but they were clean. No windows in room.
