The apartment was overall excellent! The location was amazing, very modern, newly renovated, and spotlessly clean. The beds were super comfortable, the main living room was huge and spacious, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay here!
It’s important for future guests to know about the layout: while listed as 3 bedrooms, two of the bedrooms are actually connected by a large sliding door, meaning there isn't full privacy between them.
Additionally, those two connected rooms share a single air conditioning unit, which unfortunately wasn't working properly on its own - it barely blew slightly cool air, acting more like a basic fan rather than proper AC. Fortunately, the AC units in the third bedroom and the living room worked perfectly.

The property has the potential to be a very good space for guests. It is large and bright and in a good part of town. Two ( connected) bedrooms share an outside bathroom and one bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Both bathrooms have awkward showers in the high-sided baths.
The owner quickly sent two auxiliary heaters to help warm the apartment after we had arrived to find it with no heat in January.
The poor maintenance, switches/lights not working, heating not working when we arrived in winter, dirty and smeared kitchen cupboards, unwashed dishes in the cupboards, soiled blankets in the cupboards, stained upholstery. Poor quality scruffy bedding on the beds. A general air of lack of care and attention. .
