Super cute and cozy camper that was more spacious than we thought it would be. We loved that everything was labeled with full instructions. Plenty of pillows, blankets, hand towels, and bath towels. Host was super friendly and very responsive! Camper was in a quaint and friendly neighborhood and, as parents to an autistic child, we loved that there were road signs alerting people that it was an autistic child area. Looked like plenty of shops and food options nearby but we didn’t stop by those places as we traveled into Brooklyn instead. Only issue we had was the water temp was super hot that we couldn’t really wash our hands, much less shower. To the host’s credit, he fixed it immediately on his end and the fix worked for a short while, but then the water went back to steaming hot again. As soon as he was made aware, he said he would contact a professional to get it permanently fixed. Our next trip to Uniondale or near JFK airport, we’ll definitely stay here again!

We were really surprised how spacious it was. I slept in the upper corner and was very comfortable. The host responded almost immediately the few times I reached out and I really appreciated that. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. My only suggestions are to maybe provide ice cube trays, and a list of restaurants or grocery stores close by.
