After a day at the beach, unwind in the comfortable living area, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.
Unit 203 Highlights: Located on the 2 nd floor. Newly remodeled. Direct Gulf-front. Sleeps up to 4 guests. 2 Bedrooms (Primary rom: King. Guest room: Queen) 2 Bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. In-unit washer and dryer. Beach towels, chairs, and other beach essentials.
As a guest of Caper Beach Club, you'll enjoy direct access to the sugar-white sands of Fort Myers Beach, a heated beachfront pool, tennis and pickleball courts, barbecue grills, elevators, on-site management, and convenient parking. Located on the quieter south end of the island, the resort is approximately one mile from Times Square and just minutes from local restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. During the high season (November through April), guests can also take advantage of the free Fort Myers Beach Tram, making it easy to explore the island without driving.
Please Note: Caper Beach Club is a smoke-free property for all rental guests. Smoking is prohibited in all units and common areas, including screened lanais.
Property Update (June 2026): Window replacement work is currently taking place throughout the property. While every effort is being made to minimize disruptions, guests may experience occasional daytime construction noise.

We had a fantastic stay here! It was exactly what we needed. A nice, quiet, relaxing place! Beautiful condo! It was clean and well maintained. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The property itself was also well taken care of and had beautiful plantings and flowers. We would definitely come back here and recommend to others!
